We at Ballyntyne Learning Farm are working hard to set up a scholarship fund to allow children from families of greater need to enjoy all that the farm has to offer.

 

In order to raise money to open the farm's doors to even more children, we are setting off on a Bike for Ballyntyne adventure that will take us from Milwaukie down the Oregon coast to raise money for this fund. Similarly to a jog-a-thon, Bike for Ballyntyne is a fundraising event in which a sponsor can pledge money based either upon number of miles biked by the participant or by a fixed dollar amount irrespective of the number of completed miles.  We are inviting friends, family, strangers, and anyone else who would like to join us as bike riders for 1 mile, 5 miles,  or even 100! Every little bit helps. 

 

With each dollar donated, this money will be used to cover the costs of providing engaging, hands-on learning at the farm for families of children who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford the fee. Your participation as a Bike for Ballyntyne Rider or sponsor will truly make all difference for our day campers and for the success of Ballyntyne Learning Farm.
